Tiffany McClaskey

PROGRAM FACULTY

Tiffany McClaskey was born and raised in the Northeast Ohio area. She is a graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School. She received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, focusing on Digital Forensics, from The University of Akron. She was the first woman to graduate with a Digital Forensics focus. During her time at Akron, she founded an organization to help fellow IT students learn soft skills and networking techniques. She attended Utica University, where she achieved her Master of Science in Cybersecurity, focusing on Cyber Operations. She graduated in May 2022, and her thesis titled, Tabletop Exercises: Gamification in Cybersecurity.

Tiffany McClaskey is a Cybersecurity Consultant at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. She has been with Goodyear since 2018. As a Cybersecurity Consultant, Tiffany onboards new team members, leads incident response investigations, runs cybersecurity tabletop exercises, and is the email security SME for Goodyear. Tiffany is a member of HTICA, InfraGard, and Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS). She holds the Vice-President position for the Northeast Ohio WiCyS chapter.

Outside of Cybersecurity, Tiffany is active in the STEM community. She regularly volunteers with Goodyear’s Explorers Program and STEM days and is a mentor through CollegeNow and Explorer’s Bridge Program. Additionally, Tiffany helped create a new Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Goodyear, called Abled and Disabled Associates Partnering Together (ADAPT). She holds the Community Outreach Chair for ADAPT. ADAPT is close to Tiffany’s heart, as she has a brother who has cerebral palsy and epilepsy and requires 24/7 care.
